I’m Claudio Aracena, an Industrial Engineer from the University of Chile, Master of Information Technology from the University of Sydney, Australia, and Engineering Systems PhD student at the University of Chile. I’m an associate researcher at GobLab UAI and co-founder of Chatbot Chile, a chatbot development company. I’m a lecturer of the Data Science Project Scoping course, the Data Science Project Evaluation course, and the Text Mining module of the Diploma in Data Science for Public Policies (where I’m also the academic director), all from Adolfo Ibáñez University.
